Every 2 minutes, 2 Rounds of:
6 Deadlifts (130/90 kg)
6 Strict Deficit Handstand Push-Ups
In the remaining time, AMRAP of burpees
Rest 1 minute between rounds
On a 12-minute clock, perform the prescribed work in the order written for 4 rounds. Athlete has 2 minutes to accomplish 2 rounds of 6 Deadlifts, 6 Strict Deficit Handstand Push-Ups, and in the remaining time, maximum repetitions of burpees. After the 2 minutes of work, rest 1 minute.
