Pistols – banded, foot on plate, hooked leg, If you have pistols: 5 x 10 alternating

100 Slamballs (50/35) for Time
Every Minute Starts w/ either:
10 Squats OR 10 Situps
Alternate squats and situps every minute before continuing slamballs. Scale 50 or 75 Slamballs with appropriate weight.
