Warm-up
Warm-up (No Measure)
jog in place for 2 minutes
then
E2MOM for ten minutes
30 double unders (or 30 BIG bunny hops with double taps on the hips)
5 burpees
10 air squats
Strength
Turkish Get Up (2 reps each side E2.5MOM for 15 minutes)
For these turkish get ups, use what ever weight is accessible for you. If you dont have any weights at home, fill up a backpack or small travel bag with heavy items to use. I’ll go over how to use this in the virtual class.
